In this New Years Eve special David Fox goes behind the scenes on Thimble weed Park as he talks about how he and Ron Gilbert started working on the game as well as how the story and puzzles came about and much more. He also talks about how he started working with Lucasarts, the origins of Maniac Mansion, comparisons between the games and movies of Labyrinth and Last Crusade, how Last Crusade inspired Fate of Atlantis and how the famous leather jackets line first came about and who came up with the idea to put the hamster in the microwave. And of course he speaks about the creation of his Lucasfilm’s early classic Zak McKracken. All that and many more anecdotes about his time at Lucasfilm.
